شروط الاستخدام

1. الخدمة والجهة المشغّلة

يوفّر مُفهِم أدوات مساعدة دراسية (مثل التقاط/إدخال سؤال، الحصول على حل وشرح، ومتابعة مع معلم ذكي) وتشغّله MOMEDIAGROUP LLC.

2. الأهلية والحساب

قد تبدأ بجلسة مجهولة ثم تربط حسابًا (مثل البريد أو Google عند التوفر) لحفظ تقدّمك.
أنت مسؤول عن المحافظة على وسيلة الدخول إلى حسابك المرتبط.
يجب ألا تستخدم الخدمة بطريقة غير قانونية أو لإيذاء الآخرين أو لانتهاك سياسات المدرسة/المؤسسة.

3. طبيعة مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي

الحلول والشروح وردود المعلم قد تكون خاطئة أو ناقصة أو غير مناسبة لمناهجك. يجب أن تراجع النتائج بنفسك قبل الاعتماد عليها في الواجبات أو الاختبارات. الخدمة مساعدة دراسية وليست ضمانًا لدرجة أو نتيجة أكاديمية.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تحمّل محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.
لا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو أنظمة الدفع.
لا تستخدم الواجهات أو واجهات البرمجة بطريقة آلية غير مصرّح بها لإرهاق الخدمة.

5. الحدود والوصول

قد يحصل المستخدم المجاني على حل مجاني أول وفق قواعد المنتج الحالية. بعد استهلاكه، قد يتطلب حل أسئلة إضافية أو فتح المعلم الذكي اشتراكًا نشطًا. حتى مع الاشتراك، قد تُطبَّق حدود تشغيلية للحماية من إساءة الاستخدام (مثل حدود يومية على الطلبات). لا نصف الخدمة بأنها «غير محدودة» بلا قيود.

6. الاشتراكات والدفع عبر Apple

تُدار عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق عبر Apple (ومن خلال RevenueCat لتشغيل الاستحقاق).
قد يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِه وفق إعدادات Apple قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
يتم الإلغاء وإدارة الفوترة عبر إعدادات اشتراكات Apple (أو إدارة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق عند توفرها).
يمكنك استخدام استعادة المشتريات في التطبيق لإعادة مزامنة حالة الاشتراك على الجهاز/الحساب.
الأسعار والمدة المعروضة في واجهة الدفع هي التي تسري وقت الشراء عبر المتجر.

7. حذف الحساب

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من الإعدادات. يؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة بيانات الحساب المرتبطة في أنظمتنا وفق مسار الحذف الموضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Apple تلقائيًا؛ أوقف الفوترة من إعدادات Apple إذا لزم.

8. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق والعلامة والبرمجيات الخاصة بنا ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي ترفعه، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا تشغيليًا لمعالجته لتقديم الخدمة (مثل إنشاء الحلول والمحفوظات).

9. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود التعويض

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» في حدود ما يسمح به القانون. لا نقدّم ضمانات بأن النتائج دقيقة أو متاحة دون انقطاع. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر دراسية ناتجة عن الاعتماد على مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

10. القانون والتواصل

قد تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الولاية القضائية التي يعمل منها MOMEDIAGROUP LLC، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلدك. للتواصل: support@momediagroup.io.

11. التغييرات

قد نحدّث الشروط مع تطور المنتج. استمرار الاستخدام بعد نشر نسخة محدَّثة يعني قبولك للتغييرات بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

These Terms are informational and are not legal advice. By using Mufhim, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@momediagroup.io.

1. The service and operator

Mufhim provides study-assistance features (for example capturing/entering a question, receiving a solution and explanation, and tutor follow-ups). It is operated by MOMEDIAGROUP LLC.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may start with an anonymous session and later link an account (such as email or Google, when available) to save progress.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to any linked account.
You must not use the service unlawfully, to harm others, or in violation of your school or institution rules.

3. AI output limitations

Solutions, explanations, and tutor replies may be wrong, incomplete, or mismatched to your curriculum. You must review results yourself before relying on them for homework or exams. The service is a study aid, not a guarantee of any academic grade or outcome.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or abuse payment systems.
Do not use unauthorized automation that overloads the service.

5. Access limits

Free users may receive a first free solve under current product rules. After it is used, additional solving or tutor access may require an active subscription. Even with a subscription, operational abuse-prevention limits may apply (for example daily request caps). We do not describe the service as unrestricted “unlimited” access.

6. Subscriptions and Apple billing

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (with RevenueCat used for entitlement operations).
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel in Apple’s subscription settings before the end of the current period.
Cancellation and billing management are handled through Apple subscription settings (or Manage Subscription in the app when available).
Use Restore Purchases in the app to re-sync entitlement state to your device/account.
Store-displayed prices and durations at purchase time control what you buy.

7. Account deletion

You may request account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes associated account data in our systems according to the path described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; stop billing in Apple settings if needed.

8. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and our software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant us an operational license to process it to provide the service (such as generating solutions and storing history).

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results are accurate or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or academic losses arising from reliance on AI outputs.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms may be governed by the laws applicable to MOMEDIAGROUP LLC’s place of organization, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact: support@momediagroup.io.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
